Our business, Società Agricola Casa Nova SRL, is an "agriturismo", combining agricultural activity (olives and our iris nursery) and holiday rentals in this lovely region of Italy.
We have two beautiful houses, each with their own garden and private pool, which can be rented separately or together for holidays in Umbria, the green heart of Italy. Our guests also enjoy access to the 30 acres of the Casa Nova estate, including the woods, olive groves, orchards and the landscaped display gardens of the iris nursery. We call it our Umbrian Eden.
The Casa Nova estate is on the border with Tuscany, on the south-facing slope of the Niccone valley, above Spedalicchio, ideally placed for exploring both Umbria and Tuscany. The two houses sleep up to 16 (Il Casale) and up to 9 (Casa dell'Ortolano), respectively.

Many of those who have, since 2006, stayed at Casa Nova have returned again and again - one particularly enthusiastic family came twice in the same year! If you holiday here you will quickly understand why. The display gardens themselves are a short walk from the houses and would make a lovely venue for a summer wedding or similar event. Abbiamo due belle case nella tenuta di Casa Nova, ognuna con la propria giardino e piscina privata, che può essere affittata separatamente o insieme per le vacanze in Umbria, il cuore verde d'Italia. I nostri ospiti hanno anche accesso ai 30 ettari della tenuta Casa Nova, compresi il bosco, gli uliveti, l'orto e i giardini paesaggistici del vivaio dell'iride. Lo chiamiamo il nostro Paradiso Umbro.
La tenuta di Casa Nova si trova ai confine con la Toscana, sul versante esposto a sud della valle di Niccone, sopra Spedalicchio, in posizione ideale per esplorare sia l'Umbria che la Toscana. Le due case possono ospitare rispettivamente fino a 16 persone (Il Casale) e fino a 9 persone (Casa dell'Ortolano).
